1. Shipping Rates and Estimates

At Shirtle.shop, we are happy to offer Free Shipping on all orders within the United States. We believe in transparent pricing, so the price you see on the product page is the price you pay at checkout.

2. Processing and Production Time

    Production Time: It typically takes 2–7 business days to create your tshirt.
    Shipping Time: Once your order has been printed and quality-checked, it will be shipped out. Standard shipping usually takes an additional 3–5 business days.

Please note that during peak seasons or holidays, production and shipping times may be slightly longer.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

4. Shipping Destinations

Currently, Shirtle.shop primarily ships to addresses within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us, though additional shipping charges and longer delivery times may apply for orders outside the U.S.

5. Lost or Damaged Packages

If you haven't received your order within 15 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@Shirtle.shop with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. If your item arrives damaged, please send us a photo of the damage, and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you immediately.
